MOST FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

I’m trying to order but it keeps on saying that my postal code is invalid?
The postal code you enter as your BILLING address must be related to your credit card. That means it should be the address where you receive your credit card bills. If you’d like the package to be sent elsewhere, you can enter another SHIPPING address If you’re still having issues we suggest trying to checkout via PayPal or please email us or reach us via the phone, we’d be happy to help you 🙂

I signed up for your newsletter but didn’t receive my promo code?
When you subscribe to our newsletter, you should automatically receive a coupon code in your email box. Please use your coupon code during checkout to enjoy your -20% Off your first rug 🙂 If your coupon code does not land in your email box within 5 minutes, we recommend checking your junk email box, as unfortunately, our emails might end up in there. If you still can’t find your coupon code, please get in touch via email or phone.

Can I apply my newsletter coupon code on items on sale?
We’re sorry but items already on sale can’t be further discounted.

I ordered something yesterday but I didn’t receive my order confirmation/Invoice?
That’s unusual! When your order is completed, you should automatically receive your invoice via email. If you haven’t, please check your junk email box, unfortunately, our emails might end up in there. If you still can’t find it, please email us using the form above or contact us over the phone.

I ordered something yesterday but I didn’t receive my tracking number?
We usually do our very best to ship all orders within 48h-72h. As soon as your order ships out, you’ll receive tracking confirmation via email.

During sales and promotions, it might take a little longer as we are a small team and we are sometimes overwhelmed with orders, but we always try to ship as fast as humanly possible 🙂

How much is shipping?
We’re happy to offer FREE shipping to Canada or the USA for any order over $100. If your order is under $100, you’ll be charged an $8 flat shipping fee. You can also pick up your order at our Montreal loft for free. (You’ll be able to choose your favorite shipping option during checkout)

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do 🙂 However since shipping charges vary depending on your package size and destination, please email us with the specific item(s) you’d like to order and your shipping address and we’ll get back to you shortly with a shipping estimate.

What Is Your Return Policy?
If you’re not happy, we’re not happy! We aim to please, so if you’re not completely pleased with your order, we’ll do whatever we can to make it better! If you would like to return your purchase, please contact us by email within 5 days of receiving your order. Please return undamaged merchandise to us within 14 days for a full refund.   • Returns must be made within 14 days.
  • Your purchased items must be in original condition and show no signs of use.
  • Shipping costs for returning the item are the responsibility of the customer.

After we receive your returned item, you will receive a complete refund. Please note shipping charges are not refundable. We will email you when we process your return.
